ou don't know how you arrived here. What you remember of your past is foggy at best. All you know for certain now, is that you were chosen for a journey you didn't ask for. You arrive in Providence in a ruined keep on a hill. Here, you discover a single token of help: a Ring of Power. It calls to you, and brings out a power and potential you may not have known you ever had. There is an unknown force that threatens to consume this world. You have been tasked by a mysterious entity, only known as the 'Benefactor', to stop this force of destruction. But how you go about that is very much up to you.
Providence RP is a "people-with-powers" roleplay that focuses on exploring a chaotic world and making the unknown known. It is a world of imagination and strength of will, where belief and expectation play a major role in shaping reality itself.

Fall Pitch Information
Welcome to the Fall Pitch, the period where people may request a new talent for all of their characters, as well as apply for new achievements you've accomplished and rank up appropriately! Every three months is a new pitch, so do not fret if you didn't complete everything you wanted to this time around. It just means you have something more to look forward to at the next!
Power RequestsCharacters that were approved before October 17th are eligible to add a talent to their characters. To do the power upgrade:
Go into full-edit and delete the corresponding [X] rank HTML tag in the title of your Character's application. This is important to do to apply and update future ranks.
Write the additional power under your current list of talents. If you intend to rewrite other talents, please let an admin know beforehand so that we are aware.
After completion, please bump your application for an admin to review. You can also tell us what talents you have added or edited, for the sake of posterity. AchievementsPlease post in this thread with your achievement details. Achievements are for character accounts only. Proof of thread completion can be supplemented through thread trackers. If you would like to start or redo your thread tracker, here are some example thread trackers here that help track most achievement criteria.A Scene is any non-Episode thread. It does not need to be complete to count, but it shouldn't be only one or two brief posts either. Also, keep in mind that for the Guide achievement, you must be D+-rank or higher at the time of your scenes. It's mentioned in the achievement itself, You have until the current pitch ends to submit for achievements. So if you do a bunch of stuff by October 15th, you can use it to go towards them! Ranking upIf you meet the requirements to rank up to a new letter-rank (C,B,etc. as opposed to D+, C+...), you may specify if you would like to rank up in this thread. Note that there are limited quotas for higher ranks, and we encourage those who want to make Circles to be priority.Also, please keep in mind only those who have completed an X-rank episode may promote to X-rank. As of now, only those with people involved in Season 0 are eligible, and no higher than C-rank. If you have two achievements and participated in Season 0, you may request a promotion. |
